The day after intercouse w/ my husband, a light pink spot occurred. Is it too early for implantation bleeding?

My husband and I are trying to have a baby. This is our first time. I noticed when I wiped, there was a light pnk discharge. Is this common? Can implantation bleeding occur right away?
