I need opinions on wedding style! Photos included!?

We were planning on having a “Country-Western” themed wedding, but the place we are having it at is more “Classy” than rustic. Also, we were going to do a bar-b-que buffet but I found a GREAT “Southern Bell” menu. If we went with a “country” wedding, would it be tacky to incorporate some Western motif?
