Can you use and lightingdome fixture with any ceramic heat emitter bulb?

I have a zoo med lighting fixture it reads 120v-100w max.. i Just purchased a exo terrra ceramic heater bulb but the bulb packaging wants me to purchase an exo terra clamp lamp.. can i use the bulb with my zoo med lighting fixture or should i purchase the exo terra lamp [...] http://bit.ly/cKrQEF
